A Man for All Seasons, 1966, Drama
Based on the stage play of the same name this is the story of a man, Sir Thomas More who refuses to compromise his beliefs for King Henry VII.
Thoughts: A beautifully acted film. Writing about it makes me want to watch it again since I only had the opportunity to watch it in short segments. I think I may have missed some powerful scenes because they were taken out of context and it took me a while to get back into the feel of the movie.
Orson Welles also makes a cameo in this film. It’s a classic that must be seen. Thanks for recommending it to me!
